If you have purchased the product as a consumer (not a business) and wish to return a product, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Since all of our products are made to order, a restocking fee of 20% of the product value will be charged on returns.
To raise a return, please get in contact with us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer must then return the product to us within a further 14 days.
Any items which have been personalised cannot be returned as they are deemed bespoke pieces.
Product to be returned must be sent back in the same condition that they were received in and should not have been installed.
They should be sent back to our Head Office address by a tracked/signed for courier service and must be well packed to ensure safe delivery. We are unable to accept items that are not returned in their original state.
Please note that customers are responsible for the costs of returning their products and to avoid any damage during transport, we advise that customers pack returns carefully.
Cancelling an order
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 working days. If the order has already been processed it may not be possible to stop the order from being dispatched. If we can, we will stop the order from being sent. If it is too late and the order has already been dispatched, customers are required to return the product in the same condition that it was received in. The product condition must be checked before arranging for the item to be sent back.
To cancel an order, please call us on 020 7164 6418 and log this as quickly as possible. Customers will also be required to confirm their order cancellation in writing via email.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days, you will receive a credit note with your refund details once this has been done. The refund will be paid into the account which the order was paid for with.
