Shipping & Delivery

Our products are now viewable online worldwide, but purchases can only be made within the UK.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. For UK mainland deliveries, small items are shipped for FREE, while larger, bulky items are £50. In some cases, a dedicated courier service will be required, and specific charges will apply. These rates apply only to online orders within the UK mainland, while trade orders will be quoted individually.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email or text with tracking details and the option to reschedule delivery if needed. If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card with instructions for rearranging.

For shipping outside the UK, please contact us with your order details, and we will provide a tailored shipping quote based on your location.

Lead Times

All of our products are made to order at our Birmingham factory. The lead time to make each product is stated on the product description and on the order confirmation and/or proforma invoice. This lead time is a guide only and due to the hand-made nature of our products it can vary.

If you require the products for a certain date, please contact us state this on the order and we will do our best to accommodate.
