Returns Policy
If you purchased a product as a consumer (not a business) and wish to return it, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
As all our products are made to order, a 20% restocking fee will apply to returns. Personalised or bespoke items cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please email info@jadamsandco.com. The product must then be returned within 14 days, in its original, unused condition and must not have been installed.
Returns should be sent to our Head Office via a tracked and signed-for courier, securely packed to prevent damage. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we cannot accept items that arrive damaged or not in their original state.
Cancellation Policy
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 working days. If the order has already been processed, we will make every effort to stop dispatch, but this may not always be possible. If the order has already been shipped, the customer must return the product in its original, unused condition before a refund can be processed.
To cancel an order, please call us as soon as possible at 020 7164 6418 and follow up with a written confirmation via email.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days, and a credit note will be issued detailing the refund. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
