We partnered with sustainable surfaces pioneer Nature Squared to create a limited-edition reinterpretation of our signature Luna collection, each piece featuring a unique Capiz shell inlay. Available as a table, pendant, or wall light, the series combines our sculptural metalwork with Nature Squared’s meticulous craftsmanship.
In each design, the crisp metal lines of the Luna silhouette are set against the soft, organic shimmer of Capiz shell, which is applied by hand by Nature Squared’s highly-skilled artisans. Like all the reclaimed materials used by Nature Squared, the shell is a by-product of food harvesting, in this case, collected by small-scale Filipino fisherfolk.
The shell’s natural translucency enhances the existing soft warmth of Luna’s glow, its subtle geometric pattern shifting as you move around it. Each section is cleaned, hand-trimmed, and inlaid by artisans, a heritage skill in Asia that’s been passed down through generations.
Every shell in the collection is responsibly sourced, avoiding threatened species and discouraging harvesting for production. Offcuts from the inlay process are repurposed by Nature Squared into new surfaces, artworks and cast materials, ensuring the cycle remains as circular as possible.
