Delivery

We offer Free next day delivery, via DPD, on all online orders over £100, shipping within the UK - Just enter the discount code FREE-SHIP at the checkout

Once dispatched, you will receive an email or text message from the courier which will give you tracking information and the option to rearrange your delivery day if you require.

If you are out when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card by which you can rearrange delivery.

If you require shipping outside of the UK, please contact us with the details of your order, and we will provide a shipping quote for your required shipping location.

Lead times

All of our products are made to order at our Birmingham factory. The lead time to make each product is stated on the product description and on the order confirmation and/or proforma invoice.

If you require the products for a certain date, please contact us state this on the order and we will do our best to accommodate.
